Who I am

What I collect and why

• Enquiry form: your name, email, company and message, so I can reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Bookings: details you give when booking a call through Cal.com, so the call can happen. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.
• Analytics: only if you allow it, Google Analytics records how the site is used. Lawful basis: consent.

Who processes it

HubSpot (enquiries and client records), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (bookings), Google Analytics (with consent) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these may transfer data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become work: [12 months]. Client records: [6 years] for tax purposes.
